Every DAO issues NFT membership cards representing equity, identity, and voting power. Purchase with M-Pesa or bank transfer — no crypto wallet needed. Soulbound options prevent vote-buying by making membership non-tradeable.

Four proposal types: Funding Request, Policy Change, Project Launch, Signal Vote. On-chain weighted voting (NFT tier × tenure multiplier). Time-locked auto-execution enforced by Solana smart contract. Quorum configurable per DAO.

DAOs post jobs with escrowed funds. Contributors submit work. Baraza AI scores each submission on relevance, quality, completeness, creativity, and spec-adherence. Winners paid to M-Pesa within 2–24 hours. No wallet needed to earn.

Every DAO gets a dedicated Claude-powered AI — NOT a chatbot. It is the operational nervous system: tracks proposals, summarises discussions, judges marketplace submissions, and generates weekly health reports. Parameters governed by the DAO's own vote.
